Εν τω μεταξυ το παιχνιδι θα κανει $20, αντικειμενικα δεν ειναι και ασχημα αλλα πιστευω πως ειναι ακριβο για οσους σκεφτονται να το ξαναπαρουν. Τουλαχιστον αν επαιζε και σε PSV κατι θα γινοταν, αλλα ακομα κανεις δεν εχει προθεση να κανει κατι τετοιο οπως φαινεται.
Η Square βεβαια εχει πει πως θα βγαλει το FFX και στις 2 κονσολες, αλλα λογικα οποιος θελει και τις 2 εκδοσεις θα πληρωσει εις διπλουν.

Ή ακομα καλυτερα να βγαινει digital download σε budget price και cross compatibility με PS3 - PS Vita και τελειωνει καπου εκει το ζητημα "δεν κανουμε πωλησεις, δεν βγαζουμε λεφτα απο τα remakes"...

Journey Collector's Edition On The Way

The incredibly popular Journey will be receiving a Collector's Edition release, possibly in August.

The collection was first reported today when listings were spotted for the game on GameFly and Play-Asia. Thatgamecompany, the developer, quickly confirmed over Twitter that yes, a collector's edition is coming. In addition to the popular Journey, the edition will also include thatgamecompany's other two exclusives on the PlayStation 3, Flower and flOw.

Thatgamecompany recently raised $5.5 million in funding, after finishing an exclusive contract with Sony. However, Sony retains the rights to the three games published, which will remain exclusives for the foreseeable future.

The listing implies that the edition will not be downloadable, but will be disc-based. The listings have set the release for sometime in August, but this may change, as Sony has yet to officially announce the release.

Journey: Collector's Edition won't make the trip to Europe

European fans hoping to pick up the upcoming collector's edition of Journey may be waiting a long time, possibly forever. It appears that the special boxed edition of Journey won't be available in Europe at all, according to thatgamecompany's Twitter account. "We wish Europeans could get it, but there's nothing we can do," reads a TGC tweet, adding further that perturbed fans should make their complaints known to the PlayStation EU Twitter account.

Journey: Collector's Edition was fully revealed over the weekend, and features lots of goodies for the discerning thatgamecompany devotee. In addition to copies of Journey, Flower and Flow, the disc also includes a 30-minute documentary on Journey, commentary, art, screens, soundtracks and three additional mini-games: Grave Digger, Duke War!! and Nostril Shot.

Τελικά η Sony αγόρασε την Gaikai:

Sony announced today that on Friday, while everybody else was winding down for the weekend, it went out and bought Gaikai, an online cloud gaming service similar to OnLive. For $380 million.

"By combining Gaikai's resources including its technological strength and engineering talent with SCE's extensive game platform knowledge and experience, SCE will provide users with unparalleled cloud entertainment experiences," Andrew House, President and Group CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, said in a statement.

"SCE will deliver a world-class cloud-streaming service that allows users to instantly enjoy a broad array of content ranging from immersive core games with rich graphics to casual content anytime, anywhere on a variety of internetconnected devices."

Gaikai's CEO is David Perry, of Earthworm Jim and Aladdin fame.

Sony plans to "establish a cloud service and expand its network business by taking full advantage of Gaikai's revolutionary technology and infrastructure including data centers servicing dozens of countries and key partners around the world."

Gaikai's service allows users to play a game on a TV on the "cloud". In other words, an off-site computer actually plays the game, while your actions are streamed to a screen.

While no specific applications for the technology were named by Sony, it certainly opens up some interesting possibilities for the company's PlayStation Network, online PC games catalogue and even the upcoming PS4/Orbis.

Γάμα το PS360, στο Vita γιατί δε βγαίνει;

Είδε κανένας gamescom; Μου αρέσει πάρα πολύ ο προσανατολισμός της Sony τα τελευταία χρόνια. Έχει χτίσει ένα πολύ δυνατό οικοσύστημα με ips, χαρακτήρες και πρωτότυπες ιδέες που κοντράρει άμεσα όχι μόνο τον ανταγωνισμό αλλά και την "παλιά" Νintendo.

Ενδιαφέρουσες προσθήκες το Rain και το νέο IP της Μedia Molecule (το δεύτερο για PS Vita). Πάρτε και το νέο trailer του Last of Us.
