Πιο πολύ μας ενδιαφέρει το online κομάτι του τίτλου.Το single player θα είναι λογικά συμβατικό σαν το προηγούμενο.Αυτό όμως που έκανε και κάνει καλά το όποιο cod είναι το online.Εκεί είναι η ουσία.Και απ'ότι φαίνεται σε αυτό τον τομέα δεν κάνει ότι έκανε ο προκάτοχός του.Μακάρι να αλλάξει στο μέλλον γιατί θα δυσαρεστηθούν πολλοί fan του που το βλέπουν λίγο πιο σοβαρά από απλή διασκέδαση.

Σε ποιά έκδοση και ποιά χαρακτηριστικά αναφέρεσαι; Στο 360 έπαιξα 2-3 ματσάκια και είδα ότι τα modes είναι ίδια και μέσα στο παιχνίδι γίνεται ο κλασσικός χαμός, χωρίς προβλήματα. Οι PC fans βέβαια έχουν πολλά και δικαολογημένα παράπονα.

Οι Console Gamers έχουνε τουρνουά Call of Duty?

Αναφέρομαι στην PC έκδοση Jedah.Πες μου ότι οι κονσόλες έχουν dedicated servers,έχουν mods και αμέσως θα πάω να πάρω το παιχνίδι στο 360!

Εγώ συνήθως γκρινιάζω για κάτι που μου αρέσει πολύ και το θέλω καλύτερο όσο το δυνατόν.Αρχικά είχα σκεφτεί ότι θα το'παιρνα το game στο 360 ή στο pc αλλά τώρα έχω αρχίσει να σκέφτομαι για πολύ μελλοντική αγορά.

Activision: Gamers 'demand' to pay more for Call of Duty

Evil publisher Activision loves the color of money, and apparently having the biggest game franchises in the world just doesn't rake in enough cash for the nefarious company. With that in mind, Activision is looking at ways to profit even more from big names like Call of Duty, "monetizing" the experience even more than it does now.
"It's definitely an aspiration that we see potential in, particularly as we look at different business models to monetize the online gameplay," says CFO Thomas Tippl. "There's good knowledge exchange happening between the Blizzard folks and our online guys. We have great experience also on Call of Duty with the success we had on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. A lot of that knowledge is getting actually built into the Battle.Net platform and the design of that.
"I think it's been mutually beneficial, and you should expect us to test and ultimately launch additional online monetization models of some of some of our biggest franchises like Call of Duty."
Does that sound bad to you? It shouldn't. Activision apparently thinks that people like you "demanded" to pay more for Call of Duty: "Our gamers are telling us there's lots of services and innovation they would like to see that they're not getting yet. From what we see so far, additional content, as well as all the services Blizzard is offering, is that there is demand from the core gamers to pay up for that."
Did you tell Activision that this is what you wanted? Own up, who bloody gave Activision this idea!?

Καλά μιλάμε σε ό,τι Gaming Forum υπάρχει έχει πέσει Τεράστιο θάψιμο. Και όχι μόνο σε Forums, σε Gaming Sites comments, σε Ladders, σε blogs Proffesional Gamers, στο επίσημο community, το θάψιμο είναι ΑΠΕΙΡΟ. Και η Activision πετάει αυτή την λαλακία με τους Gamers που θέλουν να πληρώσουν και για έξτρα. Η πλάκα είναι οτι σχεδόν παντού το MW2 έχει πάρει πάνω απο 9 βαθμολογία.

Αυτό που έγινε στην περίπτωση του GTA 4 φαίνεται ένα τίποτα μπροστά σ' αυτά τώρα. Πολυ πλάκα έχει η κατάσταση, Gamers VS. Activision.

Εσύ θα την σχολίαζες θετικά την δήλωση αυτή???Μα πόσο πια λαλάκες μας έχουν...Θα έλεγε κανείς πληρώνω όσο όσο μόνο και μόνο για να έχω αυτό που θέλω???H λέξη free δεν τους λέει τίποτα???Αν κοιτάει μια εταιρία να πλουτίζει απ'το κάθε τι εμείς πρέπει να την επιβραβεύουμε κι από πάνω???Όχι όχι όχι!!!

To ειχα ποσταρει στα gaming news, και εκανε και ενα επικο comment στο Eurogamer. Κατσε να το ποσταρω κι εδω για την πλακα...

"The more I think of it, the more bad this sounds.

OK, lets make a franchise out of Call Of Duty, lets criple the pc gaming scene since it was not any good to us for the last 20 years or so, lets make a service for CoD where microtransactions and micropayments are the main thing and then lets charge people for buying our products. Yep, that is the right move.

And SUUUUURE, I get emails everyday that say "Hello mr.Activision Board Manager, I am Kostas and I would LOVE to give you more money so I can have more content for my FPS, regardles of the stupid AI in single player and the server problems in multi. And OFCOURSE I would pay money to you so you can make an online service just like Blizzard, which took them about 10 years to perfect and cost them millions of dollars. But I cannot help but thinking, back them, at a time where Diablo and StarCraft ruled PC gaming, did I pay them extra money for them to do that? Let me check on my Visa history and get back to you..."

I mean, come on, I live in Greece where there is no official XBOX Live service, and they want me to pay them more money so they can offer me stuff that they should have made for the core game in the first place?
