ModNation Racers Goes Portable

Like LittleBigPlanet before it, ModNation Racers, the next game in Sony's "Play Create Share" arsenal is headed to the PlayStation Portable, with the PSP version launching alongside its PlayStation 3 counterpart.

With all of the same creative tools found in the PS3 version, the only thing scaled-down about ModNation PSP is the graphics. Players will still be able to create their own rides, racers, and race tracks, sharing them with the ModNation PSP community. Once their creations are complete, they can take them online, pitting their racers against up to six other player creations in an all-out battle to the death.


Well, perhaps not the death, but it'll be a pretty fierce battle.


So which version should you pick up? I'm sure the PS3 will have a more robust community, but my PSP needs to be filled with pretty games. They're going to make me buy this twice, aren't they?

Νομίζω δυνατή είδηση, μια που δε θα έχει τίποτα λιγότερο από την PS3 έκδοση, πέραν των χειρότερων γραφικών (σε αντίθεση με το LBP portable που δεν έχει online multiplayer = fail).

Παρόλο που έχω την beta, δεν την έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμα. Μου φαίνονται πολύ αδιάφορα τα racing τύπου Mario Kart. Κάποια στιγμή όμως θα μπω στον κόπο να του ρίξω μία ματιά, η ιδέα αν μη τι άλλο είναι κορυφαία.

Νομίζω δυνατή είδηση, μια που δε θα έχει τίποτα λιγότερο από την PS3 έκδοση, πέραν των χειρότερων γραφικών (σε αντίθεση με το LBP portable που δεν έχει online multiplayer = fail).

Εγώ έχω κατεβάσει τη beta αλλά παραείναι beta, υπάρχει εξαιρετικά εκνευρηστικό loading. Δεν είναι και τόσο mario cart (ο υπολογιστής δεν "κλέβει"). Πιο πολύ arcade racer θα το έλεγα, κάτι σαν outrun με όπλα. Εξαρτάται και από την τιμή αλλά μία από τις δύο εκδόσεις θα την αγοράσω (πιθανότητατα την PSP).

Όσο για το LBP σε PSP που το έπαιξα δεν μου άρεσε και τόσο.

LittleBigPlanet To Get “Full Sequel”

Despite denials, LittleBigPlanet will get a “full sequel”, according to the latest Official PlayStation Magazine. The comment apparently comes from the magazine’s rumours section.

Elsewhere, we have received word that OPM are claiming E3 will see Killzone 3, Resistance 3 and inFamous 2; Infinity Ward aren’t behind the next Modern Warfare game and – interestingly – Sony haven’t even mentioned some of the “major titles” they’ve got lined up for the PS3 this year.

Could be an interesting 2010 indeed for PlayStation fans. Roll on E3.

Δεν ξερω κατα ποσο ισχυει κατι τετοιο,αφου το lbp ειναι παιχνιδι που αναβαθμιζεται συνεχως και δεν νομιζω οτι υπαρχει η αναγκη ενος sequel.Βεβαια εχω απολυτη εμπιστοσυνη στην MM,οποτε βλεπουμε..

Aπ'οσο γνωριζω το Halo ανηκει στην MS.

Η MS κρατάει τα δικαιώματα για τα Halo games.Με την ανεξαρτησία της από την MS η Bungie μπορεί να δημιουργήσει τίτλους multiformat και αποκλειστικούς όπως η ίδια είχε δηλώσει παλιότερα.Προς το παρόν τα βλέμματα είναι στο Reach και αργότερα βλέπουμε.
