Just got my mag of Gamepro, and guess what I see.

Killzone 3 baby!

I'll take pictures of the screenshots later and post them and the information included in the article.

Included in the article (while im reading)

- Will show the Helghast have humanity left in them.

- Will have the feeling that "of being in a place far away from home, outnumbered by people who want to kill you."

- Will be like Inglorious Basterds.

- All of the characters in the screenshots are flying in.. jetpacks?!

- Will include arctic levels.

- One mission in the game involves rescuing ISA Captain Narville.

- Game is playable in 3D!

- Have to wear 3D glasses, apparently the 3D effects are "crazy."

- Combat is "unchanged from predecessor."

- Or is it? Hand to hand combat involves you "Unloading a string of different (and often brutal) attacks on stunned enemies."

- The scale is supposed to be "bigger this time."

- The Jetpacks are "surprisingly lightweight and agile, Killzone 3's jetpack is easier to maneuver compared to the sluggish incarnations of the gadget found in other games."

- New weapon called the Wasp, basically shoots a "flurry of rockets" at an enemy.

- Will show off the Helgjast culture.

- There is actually a Helghast language, which will be explored in the game.

- Will have "diverse locales."

- Have to sit in the center of the 3D tv for the 3D effects to work.

- 3D in this game is called a "Game Changer."

- Going to have "Intense Action"

- Jetpacks double as a weapon, which basically means a machine gun mounted right on top of it.

- If you shoot Helghast with jetpacks, they'll "explode like roman candles"

- To control the jetpack, you "have to activate bursts of speed in midair, propelling yourself across further distances."

- The Jetpack resembles something you'd do in platformers such as Super Mario Bros. Or Uncharted

- In one mission, you have to use the jetpack by "launching yourself from glacier to glacier"

- You'll see "a lot of" snow levels.

- Everything is more spread out in this game.

- The game looks very complete.

Kαλά και σε μένα ειδικά το δεύτερο μοιάζει τελείως άκυρο.

Για την AI όπως είπες και εσύ, δεν μας χαλάει καθόλου να γίνει καλύτερη.

Όσον αφορά την μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στα περιβάλλοντα, δεν ξέρω τι εννοεί, σε είδος ή σε χρώματική παλέτα, γιατί και το killzone 2 δεν είχε και μικρή ποικιλία σε είδος περιβάλλοντων. Αν εννοεί περιοχές με ζωντανά και πολύχρωμα χρώματα ας το ξεχάσουν καλύτερα γιατί δεν πρόκειται να γίνει. Το Killzone χαρακτηρίζεται από την μουντάδα και την κάπνα του πολέμου, και το θεωρώ σωστό. Δημιουργεί μια ιδιαίτερη ατμόσφαιρα σε συνδιασμό και με το ΑΞΕΠΕΡΑΣΤΟ lighting που έχει. Αν γινόταν πολύχρωμο θα χαλούσε αρκετά. Δείτε πχ πόσο χάλασε η ατμόσφαιρα του πρώτου Resistance με τα χαζο-πολύχρωμα περιβάλλοντα του δεύτερου τίτλου.

Tα 2 πρωτα μου ειναι αδιαφορα.ΑΙ καλη ειχε ηδη,αλλα δεν μας χαλαει καλυτερη.Τα 2 τελευταια ειναι και τα πιο σημαντικα απο τα 5 για μενα.

Tretton "Promises" a Killzone 3 and a Killer E3

While talking with Geoff Keighley on the latest episode of GameTrailers TV, Jack Tretton talks about E3, Guerrilla Games and the possibility of Killzone 3.
Keighley questioned Tretton on Sony’s E3 showing, particularly Killzone3. To which Tretton replied:

“Well we own Guerrilla studios and they did a great job on Killzone 1 and 2, I don’t know whether you’ll see announcements about it [at E3], but I can promise you we’ll see a Killzone 3.”

When asked what Sony is going to bring to E3:

“This is just the frosting on the cake. I’m saving the batter for E3. We will absolutely bring the heat.”
“There’s a lot to talk about. You gotta be at our press conference, there is a lot to talk about”

Killzone 3 is 3D, uses wand

Guerrilla sequel to be announced tonight?

Killzone 3 is set to arrive in stereoscopic 3D and use Sony's motion wand - rumoured to be called 'Arc' - a source has told CVG.

According to our contact, the Guerrilla Games sequel will launch as part of a big 3D push for the PlayStation 3 this Christmas - far earlier than we expected.

While our source is unsure if the follow-up is indeed the "Sony sequel" that looks set to be unveiled tonight, we're assured that the information on the game itself is "rock solid".

Earlier this year PSM3 Magazine also went on record that Killzone 3 information would arrive in "the coming months".

Check back later tonight to see if this is indeed the announcement.

Χεχεχε! Αναμενουμε με αγωνια!

Πάντως ελπίζω να μην τους πιέσουν να κυκλοφορήσουν γρήγορα το παιχνίδι μόνο και μόνο για να εχει ανταγωνισμό το halo reach (ανταγωνισμό? το Halo? LOL!!)

Εγω ελπιζω να μην το πιεσουν πολυ να κυκλοφορησει τωρα που ακουσαν οτι θα φαω τις τριχες μου!!! SONY can do that...

Και δεν ειναι το οτι εχω προβλημα να ξυρισω το κεφαλι μου (τρια χρονια το εκανα), αλλα οι τριχες ρε γμτ παει πολυ....:kill:

Αν τελικά ισχύουν οι φήμες ότι θα υποστηρίζει motion controls, τότε πραγματικά με ενδιαφέρει πολύ να δω πως θα είναι.
