Pairings

Resident Evil 6 features three distinct, yet interwoven story threads, each with their own pair of protagonists for either solo or co‐op play, both offline and online.

They are:

Leon S. Kennedy is paired with US government agent Helena Harper.
Chris Redfield teams up with fellow BSAA member Piers Nivans.
The previously mysterious mercenary has now been revealed as Jake Muller, son of the infamous Albert Wesker. Jake is joined by Sherry Birkin, the daughter of former key Umbrella scientists, William and Annette.

A New Threat

Resident Evil 6 introduces the highly virulent C‐virus that has been unleashed on an unsuspecting and unprepared world, creating new and deadly transformations.

Zombies make a return to the Resident Evil series, but can now run, jump at players and even use weapons, making them far more challenging than in previous games.

The enemy creatures known as J’avo first came to prominence in the conflict zone of Eastern Europe and have the ability to regenerate when injured.

The C‐virus also gives rise to the Chrysalide, where a full metamorphosis occurs, spawning a whole host of horrific creatures.

Οπως φαίνεται πάμε για full guns blazing shooter, τουλάχιστον σε κάποια σημεία του game . Και λέω σε σημεία γιατί έχει ακουστεί ότι τα 3 ζευγάρια θα έχουν διαφορετικό gameplay, Leon πιο αργό ρυθμό, Chris πιο action shooter και Jake Muller θα έχει αρκετό melee combat(?).

Τη σειρά τη γνώρισα με το RE4 και το RE5. Αγάπησα και τα δύο παιχνίδια, απλά η co-op φύση του πέμπτου θα μπορούσε να λείπει. Απ' ότι βλέπω το έκτο θα είναι μία συνέχεια στο ίδιο μήκος κύματος και αυτό με ευχαριστεί (αν εξαιρέσουμε τα multiplayer στοιχεία).
Ωραίος ο Chris και ακόμα πιο ωραίος ο Leon, όμως υπήρχαν και άλλοι χαρακτήρες που θα μπορούσαν να μπουν.

Τα Resi απ'ότι φαίνεται πήραν λάθος δρόμο. Από epic single player survival horror έγιναν online multiplayer zombie slayers (aka CoD Nazi Zombies). Δυστυχώς μετά την αποχώρηση του Mikami τα αποτελέσματα είναι απογοητευτικά.

6 player co-op??? Αυτα ειναι. Ελπιζω μονο να μην ειναι duplicates(3 Chris & 3 Leon) ουτε random special forces αν και βλεπω να γινεται το δευτερο γιατι ισως σεναριακα να μην εχει πολυ νοημα απο το πουθενα Claire, Jill και δε ξερω ποιος αλλος. Ιδωμεν...

ΥΓ: Ειναι καλο selling point παντως για να το παρουν παρεες ατομων (αν ειναι ξυπνιοι θα βγαλουν κι ενα καλο co-op demo).

Resident Evil 6 has 6-player co-op

Resident Evil 6's co-op mode will include support for up to six players, the game's Xbox.com product page has revealed.
Resident Evil 6 Could Resi 6's 6-player co-op be tied to the campaign. According to the listing, between 2-6 players can jump into the game's online co-op mode, with offline split-screen co-op restricted to two players.
At this stage, it's unknown whether Resi 6's co-op will be linked to the game's campaign or will form part of a separate mode. Could Capcom have a six-player Mercenaries mode lined up, perhaps?
Resident Evil 6 was announced by Capcom earlier this week. The game is set 10 years after the events of Resident Evil 2 and joins Leon Kennedy, Chris Redfield, Ashley Graham and a host of new characters on a mission to stop bioterrorist attacks taking place across the globe. According to Capcom, the game has already been in development for around two years and has the largest staff count in the series' history, with over 600 people involved in the project. Resident Evil 6 launches on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 20th. A PC version is due for release at a later date.

Ότι στο Code Veronica παίζουν και οι 2.Ενώ στα 1+5 μπορείς να παίξεις μόνο με τον Chris αν θες (στο 5 υποχρεωτικά),και στα 2+4 μόνο με τον Leon αν θες (στο 4 υποχρεωτικά).
Οπότε το Code Veronica δεν υπολογίζεται.;)
